Roof Terraces on Two Levels:

The partly sheltered lower roof terrace is overlooking the surrounding fields and the Theban Necropolis with a view to the Hatshepsut Temple. You find there a garden, sitting areas, a kitchen, showers, and a toilet. The upper roof terrace provides a 360-degree view, a sitting area and sun loungers. Both roof terraces may be used by all tenants.

In the proximity there are restaurants and supermarkets. The pharaonic sites of the Luxor West Bank are only a few minutes drive away: the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, Deir El Medina, the Hatshepsut Mortuary Temple in Deir El-Bahri, the Ramesseum, the Tombs of the Nobles and much more. The River Nile and the ferryboat to Luxor East Bank are just 5 minutes away on foot. A bicycle hire is also very close.
